Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If the size, color, or style isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  • Customers must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Items eligible for exchange include regular-size formal, casual, and festive wear.

  • Bridal couture and custom orders are not eligible for exchange, as they are made-to-order.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and your reason.

  2. Our support team will respond with instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship out your requested replacement.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs for both returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item are the customer’s responsibility.

  • In case the item requested in exchange is unavailable, a store credit or alternative option may be offered.

We reserve the right to decline any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
