At Aisha’s Closet, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. We aim to accommodate cancellations whenever possible — however, due to our fast order processing and fulfillment timelines, there are a few important guidelines:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After 24 hours, or once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you may consider requesting an exchange (please refer to our Exchange Policy below).
If your cancellation is approved:

The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded, and any return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting our customer care team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation to speed up the process.
